For the Margarita
- 4 oz 120 ml tequila blanco
- 2 oz 60 ml Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
- 2 oz 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz 45 ml lavender syrup
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rim optional
- Fresh lavender sprigs or lime wheels for garnish
Make the Lavender Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar.
Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
