1 mug of sunflower seeds – A nutty twist that adds texture and flavor.

3 tbsp of olive oil painting – Use the good kind; it makes all the difference.

1 Pasta for 4 servings – Choose your fave; any shape works prodigies then.

Instructions
 

In a food processor, blend savant leaves, sunflower seeds, and olive oil until finely diced into a paste.

    Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the herb mixture for 5 minutes until fragrant and nutty.

      Boil pasta in salted water, cooking it until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

        Add cooked pasta to the pan with the herb mixture, turn heat to low, and combine for 5 minutes. Add pasta water if needed for a smooth sauce.

          Plate the pasta, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with grated cheese or crushed sunflower seeds, if desired.
